adventureXpo 2018 is New Zealand’s only lifestyle expo solely focused on adventure, action and extreme sports. Kicking off on 30 November with a VIP event at The Cloud, Queens Wharf, Auckland, followed by a two-day public expo (Sat 1 & Sun 2 Dec). adventureXpo aims to introduce more people to adventure activities and the high-quality equipment that goes with it.
Featuring four elements: Wind, Water, Wheels and Mountains, each element will showcase the adventure and action sports connected to that environment.
We have four event ambassadors confirmed. Representing the water element is world- renowned water man, Daniel Kereopa, for mountains we have lead climbing and bouldering champ, Sarah Hay, free ride mountain biker Conor Macfarlane represents Wheels, and endurance athlete Braden Currie as our adventure ambassador.
With a high energy adventure zone, a bespoke pop up bouldering wall (12m x 4m – it’s big!), a mini half pipe and demos, Red Bull truck and DJs, 8 Wired craft beer bar, food trucks, great coffee and an inspiration lounge, adventureXpo will have a festival feel.
We’re also working with Surfing NZ to develop a national surfing day event to be launched at adventureXpo 2018.
