Debs Brockelsby, has had a lot to do with Adventure Magazine and her very cool brand Stoked. She has now gone a step futher and with her bestie, Di Foster, that has sparked something truly special and includes 23 pairs of boobs from NZ locals!
Di, a breast cancer survivor, chose not to have reconstructive surgery after her treatment and hadn’t swum for years—until Debs gave her one of her Towelies. That simple gift became a game-changer, allowing Di to confidently change beachside or lakeside, and she’s now back to living life to the fullest.
Inspired by Di’s journey, Debs decided to launch the Show Us Your Tits campaign.
“We asked our amazing customers to draw their boobs and send the designs to us. The results? A limited-edition collection of Towelies, towels, and hair wraps celebrating women’s strength and raising awareness about the importance of breast health, featuring the artwork from breast cancer survivors themselves.”
Debs and her team at STOKEDNZ have partnered with the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation and are donating 100% of the profits from this collection, with a goal of raising at least $25,000 for the cause (though we’re hoping to smash that target!). Every sale directly supports breast cancer awareness and prevention.
